Collection Information

Please remember to bring the consignment note when collecting goods.

After the ship’s arrival, goods are prepared for delivery, which can be expected to take a couple of days.

Consignment notes are sent with the final delivery date and location for collection. Consignment notes are sent by Royal Arctic Line, in Greenland by cargo offices and in Denmark by Customer Support.
