Royal Arctic Line’s Executive Board goes from 7 to 3 members

The Board of Directors of Royal Arctic Line has at their latest meeting decided to reduce the number of members in the company’s Executive Board.

The Board of Directors of Royal Arctic Line has at their latest meeting decided to reduce the number of members in the company’s Executive Board. The new Executive Board now consists of CEO Niels Clemensen, Deputy CEO Aviâja Lyberth Lennert and CFO Jørgen Aqe Møller.

The former members of the company’s Executive Board will continue as directors of their respective areas and will continue to be part of the daily management of the company’s management team. The other members of the management team consist of CFM Anders Bay Larsen, CCO John Aage Nielsen, COO Aputsiaq Lynge, Director of IT Gustav Fischer and CHRO Bebiane Boye Hansen.

Royal Arctic Line’s new board of directors has been constituted

The first board meeting after the general meeting was held on Wednesday, May 29. Inooraq Brandt was elected Vice Chairman of the Board and will also join the Board’s Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Flemming Drechsel was elected Chairman of the Board’s Audit Committee and Minannguaq Zeeb as member. The rest of the board consists of Barbara Agersnap, Jóhanna á Bergi and employee-elected board members Eydun Simonsen, Laust Vestergaard and Tina Lange Olsen.
