What can you report?

You can use the scheme if you have a reasonable suspicion of serious problems in the company.
For example:
– Violation of the law or internal rules
– Violation of health and safety regulations
– Fraud, bribery or other financial crime
– Misuse of money or resources
– Serious failures in data security
– Environmental pollution
– Sexual harassment, bullying, violence or other serious conditions at work.

How does it work?

Reports are made through an external and independent platform.
On the platform you can:
– Report anonymously and confidentially
– Follow up on your case or provide additional information
– Get notified if information is missing

Is my inquiry confidential?

All cases are treated confidentially. You are protected from retaliation or other negative consequences.

What is the purpose of the scheme?

The system is designed to help detect and stop serious errors and illegalities.
It supports a culture of openness, responsibility and learning.
