The changes in Royal Arctic Line’s sailing schedules take effect this weekend.
As part of the new schedule, we will also call at Bremerhaven in Germany, opening opportunities for direct export and import.

For southbound travel from Nuuk, the route will include stops in Reykjavík, Reydarfjordur, Thorshavn, Bremerhaven, Helsingborg and Aarhus, while northbound travel will include Aarhus, Reykjavik and Nuuk.

This change will mean earlier arrival in Nuuk on Thursdays, meeting retail customers’ desire for faster availability of goods before the weekend. This will also reduce the risk of delays for feeder vessels.

Royal Arctic Line’s ship, Tukuma Arctica, will have its first call in Bremerhaven on March 11, 2024.

Furthermore, we have listened to the wishes of Tasiilaq merchants for an earlier arrival from Reykjavik during the Nanoq Arctica season.
Therefore, shipping and departure from Reykjavik has been brought forward to Tuesday, which means that the ship will be able to arrive in Tasiilaq on Thursday so that the goods can be ready in the stores before the weekend.
