John Aage Nielsen, joins Royal Arctic Line’s Costumer Service & Sales as new Account Manager as of September 1, 2021.
As account manager, John will be responsible for the company’s daily general customer service, data quality management and key account management and will report to CCO Niels Clemensen.
John joined Royal Arctic Line back in March 1, 2020 as Key Account Manager in Nuuk, and is known as a welcoming and energetic person who enjoys communicating with our customers, which he is able to do in either Greenlandic, Danish or English. John has also been a big part of the VSA project in establishing procedures within the collaboration and in the collaboration with DHL Lineragency.
John has offices in RAL’s offices at Qeqertanut 44-46 at the new port terminal in Nuuk.
