At Royal Arctic Line, we want to give our customers a quality boost in the booking process and improve the quality of our documentation.

Therefore, as of September 1, 2024, we will change the customer booking process for IMDG dangerous goods, internal and export from Greenland.

In order to improve both safety and efficiency, we will require that all documentation related to dangerous goods is processed through our booking center in Nuuk before you receive your booking confirmation.
This applies to both private individuals and business customers, who must book in advance.

This change is necessary to ensure that all documents are correctly completed and approved before the goods are handed over.
This way we can minimize the risk of delays or complications and ensure that our ports, vessels and personnel work under the safest conditions.

A change in our customers’ current routines, but which will provide a more consistent, and in the long run, a smoother customer experience.
Once your documents have been approved, you will receive a booking confirmation, after which you are ready to hand in your goods.

You can find our guides on our website here. In addition, our team is ready to assist you throughout the entire process, from start to finish, and we appreciate your understanding and trust in Royal Arctic Line.
If you have any questions or need further assistance, you are always welcome to contact booking@ral.gl
