Become part of a strong community at sea or on land

To work at sea, you must have an approved maritime education and the necessary certificates, as it is a legal requirement. For positions ashore, we look at experience, skills and personality rather than just educational qualifications, and we hire employees from a wide range of backgrounds. In the workshops, we typically look for skilled mechanics or machinists, where experience, independence and a focus on safety are important. As a terminal worker, you can be skilled or unskilled – what matters is that you take responsibility, can cooperate and enjoy physical work where safety is always at the center.
